Water based Liquid Rubberizer

  • Acrylic Based, waterproofing, seamless seal product              
  • 100% Paintable, UV and weather resistant (Not recommend for areas where water damps up)
  • Non-Corrosive product with strong adhesive  properties
  • Non-Biodegradable and non dripping, easy to apply
  • To be used on walls and pitched areas/roofs. Can be used on IBR, Corrugated, roof tiles, asbestos, wood, steel, etc.
Application Instructions
  • Ensure area is dry and clear of all debris
  • It is recommend you use Bonding Liquid before you apply Liquid Rubber. Apply to all problem areas (walls, crack seams, screws, joint, overlaps, ridge caps, gutters, etc. Apply full coat of Bonding Liquid
  • Apply first thin coat with Liquid Rubber. Once completely dry apply second thicker quote. 1.5mm to 2mm in thickness once application completed
  • 20L Liquid Rubber covers approximately 38sqm to 40sqm (2 x coats applied)
  • Can be applied with a paint brush, roller or airless compressor/spray machine
  • Total curing time approximately 48 hours, weather depending
  • Appearance should look seamless

  Solvent Based Liquid Rubberizer

​​​Solvent liquid rubber which can be used on any type surface (except glass)

  • Can be used on areas where water gathers. Flat concrete slabs, box gutters, IBR & corrugated roofs, farm
  • dams & ponds. (Not suitable for high traffic areas)
  • No primer needed (Etch Primer recommended for steel)

How To Apply

  • Ensure area is dry and clear of all debris
  • Complete areas can be painted, or selected problem areas can be covered for a waterproofing solution
  • Ready to use, no dilution required. Thinners can be used to dilute if necessary. Quick Drying Thinners only
  • Apply first coat. Second coat recommend
  • Wait until completely dry before applying second coat
  • 20L Drum covers 38sqm - 40sqm (2 x coats applied)
  • Use paint brush or roller only. Use thinners to clean brushes and rollers

 RUBBERFORCE™ BONDING LIQUID

Is designed to penetrate and bind surfaces previously painted with distemper, lime wash and cement paints before overcoating with Emulsion paints.

A premium fibre-reinforced Pure Acrylic waterproofer used to bridge cracks without the need for a separate reinforcing membrane.
